Why this notice
This page describes how the website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 to those who interact with the web services accessible by electronic means from the address: www.vimacchine.it corresponding to the home page of the site.
The information is provided only for the VIMACCHINE s.r.l. website, and not for any other websites that the user may consult through links therein.
The personal data being processed are also processed in consideration of technological innovations in such a way as to minimise, by means of appropriate preventive security measures, the risk of their destruction or loss, even accidental, unauthorised access to the data or processing operations that are either illegal or incompatible with the purposes for which the data were collected.

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
The personal data you provide us with will be recorded and stored on protected computer media and processed in full compliance with the security measures suitable to guarantee the protection of your confidentiality.
Communication and dissemination of data
No data deriving from the web service (i.e. navigation data specified above) is communicated or disseminated, except for communication to judicial or police bodies if necessary.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data such as name, surname, e-mail address through the form on this site (Assistance, Information Request) implies the subsequent acquisition of such data by Vimacchine s.r.l..
Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing
The processing of such personal data is necessary to respond to requests submitted by the user. Providing the data is optional, but failure to provide the address or other data necessary to process the request will make it impossible to process the request.
By sending the e-mail, the person concerned authorises Vimacchine s.r.l. to process the data in order to process the request.
The legal basis is identified in art. 6.1 lett. b of the GDPR, i.e. the processing is necessary
to the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
To whom we communicate the data of the data subject
The User’s personal data may be communicated to suppliers and third parties who perform certain services on behalf of the Controller, always in accordance with the data processing agreements and, if required, on the basis of the User’s consent.
The data will be shared and made accessible to these external service providers only to the extent necessary to meet the purposes set out in this statement (e.g. in the case of requests to send material, the data necessary for shipment may be communicated by Vimacchine s.r.l. to postal carriers).
